To cancel a recent order please contact us via email orders@gergeierdei.com in the shortest time possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. We are unable to cancel or change requests once the order has shipped.


We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal for online orders only.


We aim to pack and dispatch in-stock items in the shortest time possible or in a maximum of three (3) business days. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order is on its way.
Once shipped please allow five (5) business days for UK orders, ten (10) business days for EU orders, and fifteen+ (15+) business days for rest of the world. Overseas delivery charges will be quoted and charged on a case by case basis.
Your order will usually be delivered by DPD, DHL, Hermes or Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery.
Please note that shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Customs may open and inspect packages which can delay delivery time or damage gift wrapping.
Please contact your respective customs office for further information about specific duties and taxes for your country.
We are required by law to disclose the full value of package contents.


Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery.
If there is a problem with your order you must email us at orders@gergeierdei.com within three (3) days of receipt.
Returns must be received in original condition and in the original packaging including the original receipt within 14 days.
You will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges. A traceable return shipping method is required (FedEx, UPS, etc). We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
International customers must state „Returned Item” on all packages, or you may be liable for additional charges applied by UK customs.
We will refund items via the original payment method. Shipping and Delivery Service charges are not refundable.
Custom orders, wallpapers, sale items, original artworks and art prints are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
